Conluto deco clay facing plasters are thin-layer finishing coats for creative interior design of clay walls. The fine plaster coating gives clay walls a slightly cloudy surface. The cloudiness brings the classic plaster to life. Only with a fine plaster can a colour depth of extraordinary diversity be achieved.

All Conluto deco clay facing plasters are vapour-permeable, moisture-regulating and odour-binding.

The charm and depth of this fine plaster emerge once it has dried completely. A slight cloudiness is part of the natural appearance of Conluto fine clay plaster. The fine plaster is applied with a Japanese fine plaster trowel, preferably stainless steel, with a maximum layer thickness of 2 mm. When leather-hard, the plaster is felted with a damp felt board or smoothed with a Japanese smoothing trowel.

The iridescent Conluto clay fine plaster, mixed with quartz sand, creates stunning accents on walls using various finishing techniques such as felting, sanding or compacting. Effect materials such as shimmering straw fibres or sparkling metallic mica conjure up very special detail effects on walls. The colours clay blue and shell contain small amounts of pure ultramarine blue pigment.
