Clay mortar is used for processing clay tiles. The mortar is easy to work with and has a high level of adhesion to the brick.
The clay mortar can be used very well for laying light clay bricks in a timber frame.
Light clay masonry mortar is an earth-moist ready-mix in accordance with DIN 18946.
is made from: Crushed building clay, mixed-grain sand 0-2 mm, sawdust and chopped straw 12 mm
1 m³ of earth-moist clay masonry mortar produces approx. 750 litres of masonry mortar. Depending on the brick format and wall thickness, the mortar requirement is per m² (in litres):
